Come and join us for the melting of the snows and the first camping event  of the Constellation Region!  Join us on the battle field for the Rising Out, the first mustering of the forces of the Dragon, as we prepare for war with the Eastern Tiger!

Site opens at 4:00p.m. on Friday, May 15th, 2009. Site closes at noon on Sunday, May 17th, 2009

Site fee: $10, with a $3 member discount ($7 for Card Carrying Members).  Children 18 and under 3.50.  Maximum family charge: two adult and two child's fees

Feast: $10.00
Diet concerns/vegetarian contact no later than April 30, 2007!

Camping Fee: $7.00

There will be no merchant fee. Merchants will have to provide their own tables, and sun shades.  Any merchant pavilions left up overnight will have to be charged a tent fee.

All Checks should be made out: "SCA - Shire of Cuil Choluim"  All pre-reservations and feast Reservations should be sent to the Shire Exchequer THL Domnal Ohodrain            (Dennis Horan, 7848 N Co Rd 1000W Greensburg, IN 47240)

BEVERAGES

We will be providing Fruit Drinks, Tea, and water.  As the site is discretely damp, those desiring Wine or Ale with dinner - and who are OF AGE  - are invited to bring their favorites.

 


Directions: 

Best  route to intersection of US 50 and IN3/IN7 (Same road)

Go south on IN3/IN7 1.2 miles

Turn right into Muskatatuck County Park  

Signs will be posted.
